Very insightful. Western coverage pales in comparison.

Beats the crap out of anything available over here doesn't it?

Abhisit did well but he totally ducked the Monarchy question. I wonder what Jakrapob would have said?

CNN and BBC should learn from this report. They are too Westerncentric for the world's audiences.

Agree with red and white, Abhisit did well. Most of the time he looked ahead while Jakrapob tried his best to sell his old stuffs. Jakrapob wouldn't have a thing to say about Monarchy of course, it was the weak point of PPP and he was the mouthpiece so he shut up - only once throughout the entire conversation.

.........but no one mentioned the role of Prem and the Privy Council which has been a central factor in everything that has been going on this past year in Thai politics..............

Abhisit was once a target of people's hope, but his disgraceful collaboration with the elites and the military generals in hope for rising up to power before and after the shameless coup in September 2006 has disqualified him from being a democratic politician. Hiw views are often biting and seemingly sharp, but all wise men should see how narrow-minded, ignorant, selfish, undemocratic he has turned out to be these days. What a pity!

You can't get a full sense of complexities and hypocrisy in the Thai politics by wating this short program.

Anyhow, this was a nice effort by Al Jazeera.
